Rhode Island – Service Cancellation

If you are a Rhode Island energy customer and you would like to cancel your Town Square Energy service, you may do so by completing the form below and clicking ‘Submit.’ If you submit the request at least seven calendar days prior to the next bill read date, your service will end on the next bill read date. Otherwise, your service will continue until the following bill read date.
